DEPOSITS:
We have been introducing deposits to some services over last 4 months in order to ensure proper functionality. These deposits are to secure your booking and to validate the credit card.
When booking online you will see this note as a part of the service description:
"PLEASE READ. THIS BOOKING HAS A DEPOSIT. Non refundable deposit applies to this booking. If you wish to cancel your appointment you will loose your deposit. Contact us via email OR call for rebooking options in order for the deposit to be applicable towards another service."
Please note, any changes within 24 hours forfeits your deposit.
The remaining balance may be due / charged to the card on file at the end of business day if we are unable to fill in your spot.

to accommodate all our clients while ensuring luxurious experience.
We continue to do mobile check in as personal experience is what we represent.
Masks are no longer required for entry however non vaccinated clients will be asked to wear a mask for the duration of the service.
Your stylist will continue to wear mask during the service due to the nature of the treatments and the amount of coffee we drink :)
