As of November 1st in order to book any appointments for the month of November and December a non refundable deposit will be required. 

​

Any changes to current booking can be made via email as text messages can be missed however if you need quicker responded please also follow up with a text message. 

Deposit can be transferred to another booking or will be applied as  a store credit in the event of advanced cancelation - minimum of 24h please. 

We have limited availability as we are short staffed with Kasia still being out on medical leave and our Marissa welcoming soon her baby boy.

Please understand these deposits are necessary to ensure you do have a spot reserved just for you.

Online booking may not be available during that time in order to reserve appointments for our pre booked & regular clients.

New clients however will be able to submit a service request so we can accommodate them as best as possible.
