An esthetician who can perform various of lash and brow services, facial waxing (Brazilian waxing experience is a plus) with a minimum of 2 years experience in a spa environment as an esthetician.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

​​

• Opening and closing procedures

​

• Engaging customers with world-class service

​

• Sanitation and Industry standards; daily & weekly cleaning duties / laundry - we are all a team here :)

​

• Checking Clients in and out. Each client will send a text message to check in, we proceed with checking client in on the booking platform which sends an automated text message to the stylist letting them know the guest is here.

​

 

• Perform all services in timely manner. Each service has a recovery time to allow you go over aftercare with the client, check them out, re book and complete client charting / notes / photos

​

• Detailed notes/photos on each client profiles after each service. Client charting is done on a mobile app accessible via your phone and/or work computer. Photo collages include of the before and after of left side, right side and both for symmetry for all lash & brow services as well as photos taken during the service to track consistency in between services.

​

• Detailed client consultation. As part of your training we teach step by step including guides & cloud accessible notes

​

• Upselling products and services: cloud notes updated regularly to help you learn about each product & pricing 

​

Requirements:

​

• Provide safe & efficient

• Brow & facial waxing

• Ability to work one front desk shift per week for the first 3-6 months to gain necessary experience 

• Facials - Eminence skin care knowledge is a plus

• Be punctual and have reliable transportation

• Be able to work minimum of one morning and one late shift as well as weekends

Pay: From $500.00 per week depending on experience 

First 3 -6 months hourly + tips, after upon completion of proper training commission + tips

STEP BY STEP GUIDE: 

 

1. Orientation days

Minimum 2 orientation days are required. 

You will be assigned to a stylist for the duration of a full shift.

Here is what you will learn:

- opening & closing procedures 

- day to day operations 

- booking & checking out appointments 

- retail 

- service set up & step by step treatment 

- client photo taking, notes, bookkeeping

2. Internship (not paid)

Minimum 2 shifts is required. 

Successful passing of a test is required before moving to next stage.

​

​

3. Apprenticeship (not paid)

Minimum 2 shifts is required. 

Perfecting consultations & assisting stylist in treatments. 

 

 

4. Paid training

1- 2 week paid training.

4- 5 shifts per week.

Kasia is main contact for training.

We will communicate via group text - myself, manager & you to ensure we are all on the same page. 

These shifts may be lengthy.

Week 1 Agenda: 

 Your week 1 of training is to master spa flow, consultation, step by step service protocols. Don’t worry we will share all this info via digital notes. We do encourage to use them to your advantage. Feel free to use any learning tools you love to help you during this process.

​

- Front desk 

These shifts are to ensure you are able to perform each and every task that you learn during orientation purely on your own.

You’ll be required to do all opening and closing procedures, check in and check out for the clients that each of our stylist is seeing.

Pre booking is a big thing for us. 

Room preparation & set up. 

Retail & aftercare instructions to clients during check out.

Appointment bookings and phone responsibilities.

Client bookkeeping, notes and photos.

Front desk shifts prepare you for becoming a Dallash stylist. Depending on your performance will be assigning documents, manuals and any possible tools for you to start learning consultation protocols and step-by-step details of each service. Also known as Dallash secrets :) 

- Consultation & aftercare. Our trainers will be inviting you to assist in client consultation as well as end of service  & explanation aftercare products. It is vital for you to take notes. Photos and recording is allowed however is prohibited to share any of notes, photos or videos with anyone other than team dallash. In the event your employment is terminated you must surrender to the spa director all photos, documents, notes.

Week 2 Agenda: 

These 4 - 5 days will be full with hands on models.

​

One on one with Kasia - brows & lifts 

One on one with lash lift stylist  - lifts 

One on one with Raven - express & seasonal facials. 

 

It is important you master:

- consultation verbiage for lash lifts & brow appointments

- Check in & check out via booker

- after care & signature retail items 

​

​

We will have minimum  of 5 lash tint +  brow wax & tint & minimum 10 lash lifts models before you will be able to take paid clients. We will be producing all models however if you have friends/ family looking for discounted services we can make proper arrangements. 

We are looking for a full-time aesthetician to perform lash and brow tint, lash lift & lash waxing services & facials. 

We would love for you to be our airbrush tanning stylist and all the sunless training will be provided at no cost to you. 

As part of our Dallash offerings we do have facial treatments you will be required to perform upon completion of proper training with us. We will be starting with Dallash Ritual,  Peel Pad treatment & express facials  Depending on your performance we will teach you powerful EMINENCE seasonal & custom Facials. 

 

OFFICIAL START DATE: 

We will specific a date where I would hope we can get your books open. I will be working on opening the services you are most comfortable with & can tailor processing times as well.  

First 60 days may have more inconsistencies in schedule while we work on the perfect flow. I will try to be flexible as much as I can so if you have any specific request let me know ASAP.

PM : 1.30 - 8PM

FULL SHIFT 8AM - 8PM

FRIDAY - SUNDAY

OPENER 8 AM - 4.30PM

CLOSER 9 AM- 5.30 PM

SPLIT SHIFT 8AM- 1PM, 1.15PM — 6PM

TIME OFF:

Vacations days and requests off must be submitted 6 weeks out however I do understand things happen.

ELLEEBANA TRAINING / CERTIFICATION: 

- A small fee is to be paid by employee towards the cost of an Elleebana training.

Depending on class availability we start with in house training of 10+ models, we provide all supplies. When a class opening is available you will be attending the class along with 2 hands on models or we will use our dallash training towards the certification :)

We will be working on case studies & certificate requirements during our in house hands on training as upon completion on Elleebana course we want to submit for your certificate in timely manner.  

Dallash is covering remaining balance of the certification class.
