Interview process:

- Models: you will be given an opportunity to show off your work and current skill set

- You will be given an opportunity to shadow one of our stylists to see our operations & personalized client approach

Hiring process:

- operations training 2 - 4 shifts

- mandatory 2 front desk shifts (all our stylist participate in opening/ closing procedures, booking, check in & check out procedures)

- lash lift certification or re training to Dallash protocols
