A few things to know before your appointment:

No Children: For safety and relaxation, children are not permitted in the treatment area.

Age Policy: Guests must be 18+ (or 16+ with a parent present).

Monday – Thursday: 9 AM – 7 PM
Friday – Sunday: 9 AM – 3 PM
Early or late appointments are available by request
(+$20 extended-hour fee).
💳 Deposits & Cancellations
All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time with a stylist.
Your deposit will be applied toward your service total.
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid a same-day change or cancellation fee (equal to the service cost).

Deposits may be transferred to a future appointment or held as store credit when proper notice is given (24+ hours).

Store credits cannot be used as a new deposit for another appointment.

Verified emergencies may be partially exempt from full fees.
For changes to an existing appointment, please email us first for record-keeping — and follow up with a text if time-sensitive.

Kasia’s beauty career began in 2003, spanning Illinois, Florida, and Texas. As an Aveda Master Stylist and Schwarzkopf Colorist, she built her reputation on technical mastery, authenticity, and an obsessive eye for detail. Her European background inspired her to create a studio environment that values artistry, education, and consistency above all else.
