Responsibilities

•

Perform services within the scope of the license.

Greet + check in/check out clients through our appointment booking + processing system, Booker

•

Learn + maintain advance knowledge of all DALLASH services and products

•

Perform side tasks including maintaining cleanliness of treatment rooms, restocking products and disposables

•

Answer client questions surrounding the treatment process, services offered, and before/aftercare of the clients service

•

Responding to client communication through call, email and text messages

•

Performing services in scheduled treatment time!

Your Day to Day

 

DALLASH stylists are beauty enthusiasts who love it ALLl! Not only will you have the opportunity to offer multiple services under one roof in a fast paced and high volume environment, but you"ll also be able to connect with clients on a personal level. Our team thrives on efficient multitasking – seamlessly blending expertise with a few front-of-the house tasks. At the heart of it all, both locations operates like a tight-knit family, ensuring an unparalleled experience for our clients.

 

DALLASH stylist Responsibilities:

• Greet + check in/check out clients through our appointment booking + processing system, Booker.

• Learn + maintain advance knowledge of all DALLASH services and products

• Perform side tasks including maintaining cleanliness of spa including but not limited to treatment rooms, common areas, restocking products and disposables

• Answer client questions surrounding the treatment process, services offered, and before/aftercare of the clients service

• Responding to client communication through call, email and text messages

• Perform lash, brow & skin services in a timely manner.  Many services include additional treatment recovery time to complete client charting / notes / photos 

• Detailed notes/photos on each client profiles after each service. Client charting is done on a mobile app accessible via your phone and/or work computer. Photo collages include of the before and after of left side, right side and both for symmetry for all lash & brow services as well as photos taken during the service to track consistency in between services. 

• Detailed client consultation. As part of your training we teach step by step including guides & cloud accessible notes

 

 

Position Requirements

• You must be licensed via a Cosmetology or Esthetician license in the state of Texas

• Lash & brow experience is a plus, but not required. We provide an extensive paid hourly training program on all services!

• Delivering the best client experience through verbal and written communication skills are a must!

The pay range for this role is:

15 - 40 USD per hour
