If this is your first visit, please check in 5 minutes early to complete your client and medical intake forms before your service begins if it wasn't competed prior to arrival.
Reschedule / Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! To keep our schedule flowing smoothly for everyone, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

Same-day changes, cancellations, no-shows, or no-calls will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

If it’s after hours, please send an email — texts are not accepted for cancellations or reschedules (but you may text during business hours for quicker follow-up).
Last-minute cancellations affect our stylists and other clients, so charges are automatically applied when needed. By providing your card information, you authorize DALLASH to process these charges.
No-Show & Same-Day Changes

If you don’t show up or cancel/change on the same day, the full appointment fee will be charged to the card on file (by the end of the day or within 24 hours).

If payment doesn’t go through, the balance will be due before your next visit.

Future bookings will require a new deposit.

Verified emergencies may qualify for a reduced fee, depending on the situation, but deposits will still be forfeited.

If your appointment time is fully rebooked, no fee will apply.

If it’s partially filled, a 50% fee (or loss of deposit) will apply.
Deposits

Non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment and validate your card on file.

If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will stay on file as a store credit that can be used toward a future service or product purchase.

Store credits cannot be used as a new deposit — a new deposit will be required to secure your next appointment.

Changes within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit, and if we’re unable to fill your time, the remaining balance may be charged to the card on file.

You may follow up via text for a faster response, but an email must still be sent for your reschedule or cancellation to be valid.

Confirmation Texts & Emails
As a courtesy, we send automated confirmation texts and emails two business days before your appointment.
If you don’t receive a reminder, please remember that it’s still your responsibility to know your appointment time and avoid missed appointments or late arrivals.
Late Arrivals
To respect all guests and stay on schedule, please arrive on time for your appointment.
Late arrivals will not receive an extension of service time and will be responsible for the full service fee.
If we are able to accommodate the delay, a 15-minute late arrival will incur a $15 fee, and a 30-minute late arrival will incur a $30 fee.
Cell Phones
Please silence your phone during services to maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests.
We kindly ask that conversations remain quiet in treatment areas so everyone can fully enjoy their DALLASH experience.
Refund Policy
There are no refunds on completed services.
Product exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase if the item is unopened, unused, and accompanied by a receipt.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates require a valid credit card to hold your appointment.
For group or party bookings involving multiple services, cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged in full.
Miscellaneous Terms & Conditions

DALLASH reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time.

We are not responsible for emailed gift certificates that fail to reach the intended recipient (including bounced or filtered emails).

Gift certificates and these policies are governed by the laws of Texas.

If any portion of these terms is found invalid, the remainder shall still apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In the event a gift certificate code or barcode malfunctions, DALLASH’s sole obligation is to issue a replacement certificate.

If you've already scheduled an appointment before receiving your unique link, simply book another appointment using the link and email us.
