SEASONAL LASH EXTENSIONS POSITION
GUARANTEED DAILY PAY
We are looking for passionate & well organized experienced lash extensions stylist who is ready for the busy holiday season WITH A GUARANTEED DAILY PAY.
This is a seasonal position mid/end of November to Febrauary with a possability to transition into part time or full time. Permanent stylists undergo internship and paid trianing.
We are looking for experienced lash extensions stylist who is able to make your own volume fans. We offer Classic .15, Hybrid and American Volume .07mm MAXIMUM 5D. We do not offer mega volume.
Guaranteed $200 per 10+ shift, $150 per 8h shift, $100 per 6h shift.

Main Responsibilities include:
  • Perform lash extensions services in timely manner
  • Detail notes on each client profiles
  • Before / after photos of each client
  • Opening / closing procedures
  • Upselling products and services
  • Checking clients in and out
  • Engaging customers with world-class service
  • Sanitation and Industry standards; daily cleaning duties

Schedule:
  • Monday 8.30am - 7.30 pm
  • Tuesday 8.30am -2.30 pm
  • Wednesday OFF
  • Thursday 8.30 am - 7.30 pm
  • Friday rotating 9am - 5.00 pm
  • Saturday / Sunday rotating 9.00 am - 5.00 pm

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Opening and closing procedures

  • Engaging customers with world-class service

  • Sanitation and Industry standards; daily & weekly cleaning duties / laundry - we are all a team here :)

  • Checking Clients in and out. Each client will send a text message to check in, we proceed with checking client in on the booking platform which sends an automated text message to the stylist letting them know the guest is here.

 

  • Perform all services in timely manner. Each service has a recovery time to allow you go over aftercare with the client, check them out, re book and complete client charting / notes / photos

  • Detailed notes/photos on each client profiles after each service. Client charting is done on a mobile app accessible via your phone and/or work computer. Photo collages include of the before and after of left side, right side and both for symmetry for all lash services as well as photos taken during the service to track consistency in between services.

  • Detailed client consultation. As part of your training we teach step by step including guides & cloud accessible notes

  • Upselling products and services: cloud notes updated regularly to help you learn about each product & pricing

STEP BY STEP GUIDE: 

 

Orientation days

Minimum 2 full orientation days are required. These are not paid days.

Stefani is your contact for scheduling orientation days. 

Here is what you will learn:

- opening & closing procedures 

- day to day operations 

- booking & checking out appointments 

- retail 

- service set up & step by step treatment 

- client photo taking, notes, bookkeeping 

OFFICIAL START DATE: 

We will work specific a date. Your books will be already filled with pre booked client appointments who are our regular clients. 

I will be working with you the first few days thought each client check in, star of service, end of service and check out / pre booking. 

First 4 days may be the most overwhelming and have more inconsistencies while we work on the perfect flow.

 

 

TIME OFF:

As this is a TEMPORARY - SEASONAL position requests off days might not always be possible however if you give me enough notice I can work with you.
